NERP TE Hub Governance
The NERP Tropical Ecosystems Hub Steering Committee, led by an independent chair, provides overall strategic direction and governance. The Steering Committee is responsible for providing advice to the Hub Science Leader and the Hub Administrator on the development of the research plans, and to the Department on the coordination of the research, knowledge brokering and uptake of science.
Implementation Groups, which represent each geographic Node within the Hub (Great Barrier Reef, Torres Strait and Wet Tropics Rainforests) will report directly to the Hub Steering Committee. The Steering Committee will oversee the implementation of the research plans, and monitor progress against agreed milestones.
